Financial Services Guide, Target Market Determinations, Product Disclosure Statements, and the complaints and dispute resolution framework.
As a holder of Australian Financial Services Licence 234722, Strata Solutions International Pty Ltd is required to make a number of disclosure documents available to clients. This page lists the current versions.
The FSG explains who we are, the services we provide, the remuneration we receive, and how to make a complaint. Provided to every client at the start of the advice or placement relationship.
Current version: Available on request · Contact the office to receive a copy.
For each financial product distributed under our AFSL, a Target Market Determination is published by the issuer (the underwriter). The TMD describes the consumers the product is designed for. Links to underwriter TMDs are provided with each quote.
The PDS is issued by the underwriter and describes the terms, conditions, exclusions and sums insured for the specific policy. We provide the relevant PDS at the time we quote a policy.
If you have a complaint, contact us first on 03 9597 0357 or via the contact form. If we cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you can escalate to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), our external dispute resolution scheme.
